Soltec Development is responsible for the management of land rights, performs a preliminary geographical and hydro studies and defines the design of the land (or layout), analyzing the impact that the project will have on the area. Together with this previous study, an analysis of the grid connection and the best location for the grid access application is carried out.

Soltec Development is responsible for overseeing the structuring of the merchant’s debt and income and for carrying out a financial model, as well as selecting the appropriate banking entities and investors. Powertis manages bank guarantees and, in general, performs due diligence to calculate an adequate financial closing for the project.

Soltec Development guarantees the supervision of the contract execution as well as the control guarantees and payments on time and with due diligence to the EPC contractor. The administration of PPAs and permits are an indispensable part of the supervision of the entire project.

Soltec is responsible for managing all technical engineering aspects at both basic and detailed levels, as well as construction and related permits. Together with the engineering details, Soltec also manages the grid connection applications and obtains all the necessary equipment for installation. In the construction phase Soltec encompasses civil, mechanical and electrical works, as well as the final connection to grid.

Soltec Development is responsible for supervising the execution of the contract and carrying out the control of necessary guarantees throughout the entire construction of the plant. In addition, it performs a complete service when it is in charge of the payment and the corresponding procedures for the EPC constructor and the manage of PPA and permits.

Soltec manages the O&M works if its development area is the owner pf the plant. Soltec has a long experience in operation and maintenance of solar plants as well as an extensive experience in risk management during the lifetime of photovoltaic plants.
