In over a decade, he has raised Soltec to the top tier as manufacturer and supplier of cost-effective single-axis solar tracking equipment.
Along the way, the company has grown to hundreds of employees across the globe with manufacturing facilities in Brazil and Spain, as well as offices in all continents.

Joined Soltec Power Holdings in 2011
Started at Soltec in 2011 adventuring from his previous construction background to the solar energy field. He has worked his way around all the engineering departments, gaining the experience and confidence to jump up to Global Engineering Director in 2015. In 2016 he scaled from 7 people under his charge to 28 and finally got promoted in 2017 to COO.

Joined the company in 2015 as Country Manager of Brazil leading Soltec Development day-to-day operations. Working experience in the USA, UK, France, Spain and Brazil. Graduated in Mathematics and Marketing, he holds a LEAD Executive Program from Stanford Graduate School of Business and received the Stanford LEAD Intellectual Contribution Award for Analytical Thinking.

19+ years of experience directing the finances of engineering, large-scale construction, energy and water companies worldwide.

Outstanding knowledge of the infrastructure business and its financing instruments.
International education: BSc Hons Management Accounting & Finance from the University of Manchester and a joint PMD degree from Georgetown, ESADE & Loyola.

14+ years of international experience in the solar industry as a sales engineer, project manager and project engineer.
Joined Soltec Power Holdings in 2014
As Sales Coordinator and Product Director, Eduardo designed and structured Soltec’s services, incorporated the CRM system, improved the quotation scheme, and managed a team of 38 sale people around the globe.
He holds a BSc Industrial Engineering from the European University of Madrid.

Joined Soltec Power Holdings in 2015 as a Marketing Head, from a UK-based company. Before worked as a Journalist in several media and in marketing agencies.
Created and lead marketing teams and strategies in innovative fast-growing company and markets worldwide.
Has a BSc in Political Science, Journalism and Advertisement and Public Relationships and a master’s degree in Communication and Society and an Executive Program in Online Marketing.

Joined Soltec Power Holdings in 2015, after practicing in a Spanish-German law firm.
Focuses her practice on international private law, corporate law, compliance and corporate governance.
She graduated in Law and Business Administration, she also has a Master in International Trade Law, Master of Laws in Business Legal Advice from IE Law School and studies in Commercial Law at UC Berkeley School of Law.

Ms. Meritxell Pérez de Castro-Acuña is the Head of Investors Relations of the Company. Ms. Meritxell Pérez de Castro-Acuña has over 18 years of experience in financial markets, specializing in financial communications. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Meritxell Pérez de Castro-Acuña worked at Llorente & Cuenca from 2017 to 2019 as a director in the Financial Communications and Investor Relations department of the firm. She has worked as the Head of Investor Relations and corporate development of Clínica Baviera (from 2008 to 2017) and Sol Meliá (from 2006 to 2008). Prior to that she worked from 2002 to 2004 in Deloitte as Auditor and in BBVA in Paris in 2001. She holds a Degree in Business Administration from CUNEF (Colegio Universitario de Estudios Financieros), DEA (Researcher Sufficiency degree) in UNED (Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia), where she worked as a teacher, and currently is also teacher of Financial Communications and Investor Relations in ESIC.
