Soltec and its collaborators are committed to the promotion and realization of human rights, and fully support the UN’s Universal Declaration.
We ask suppliers to show our same level of support and commitment to the protection of human rights, and to comply with the highest legal and ethical standards set out in our Procurement Policy.
Corporate Compliance
We want all our employees to act with integrity in their daily business activities, including corporate governance, operations and supply chain proceedings, amongst other, as well as adhering to basic responsibilities in the areas of human rights, labor, environment and the fight against corruption.
The company is also committed to a policy of zero tolerance with regard to business fraud, bribery and corruption, either by its employees or by collaborators.

We have a criminal compliance management system whose objective is to prevent, avoid and identify the commission of criminal offenses in the business environment in compliance with the provisions of the Spanish criminal code.
Anti-corruption Protocol
Soltec has designed an Anti-Corruption Protocol to ensure that all of its employees comply with all applicable anti-corruption regulations.
Tax Compliance Policy
Our tax strategy aims to ensure compliance with tax regulations and all tax obligations under the corporate principles of integrity, transparency and the pursuit of social interest.
Whistleblower Channel
We provide our employees and partners with a whistleblower channel through which they can report any type of well-founded suspicion or knowledge of possible violations of the code of conduct.
Compliance Bodies
The compliance body in charge of the adequate operational supervision of the functioning of the compliance program for the resolution of doubts, the performance of controls and the reception and management of complaints.
