Brazilian Telecommunications Agency Seal (Anatel)
The National Telecommunications Agency of Brazil (Anatel), independent from the Ministry of Communications, has granted its certification seal to the electronic system that controls Soltec single-axis solar trackers. This seal guarantees Soltec customers in Brazil that the installation and use of their solar trackers with a radio communication system respect the current regulations on safety and regulated technical functionalities. These certifications extend to both domestically manufactured and imported products, thus ensuring compatibility with local equipment.

Black & Veatch Management Consulting LLC reviews the data and measurement techniques used by Soltec to produce the technical tables for the document. Black & Veatch reviewed the methodology used by Soltec to generate the Technical Tables and states that the methodology is consistent with accepted industry practice.
FINAME Seal
The single axis solar tracker SF Utility manufactured by Soltec has obtained the FINAME accreditation granted by the National Bank for Economic and Social Development of Brazil (BNDES). The FINAME accreditation implies the certification of the degree of nationalization of components required for clients to access the financing conditions offered by the BNDES.
Argentine National Institute of Industrial Technology
Soltec has obtained the Product and Supplier Code (CPP) that accredits it as a local manufacturer in Argentina. This code, which can be consulted in the Renewable Energy Suppliers Registry (ReProER), was created by the National Institute of Industrial Technology of Argentina (INTI) to promote the use of renewable energies and local production.
