Murcia, August 10, 2026. Soltec, a company specializing in photovoltaic energy solutions, has appointed Vinicius Gibrail as its new regional general manager for the Latin American market. With this appointment, the company continues to strengthen its international structure and its commitment to a region that is strategic for its business, with the goal of further consolidating its growth, strengthening customer relationships, and advancing the development of innovative solutions for the solar market.

Vinicius Gibrail has more than 25 years of experience in general management and business development roles at international companies in the renewable energy, certification, and electrical equipment sectors. Throughout his career, he has led commercial operations and multidisciplinary teams in more than 15 Latin American countries, including Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and various markets in Central America and the Caribbean, driving business growth and the continuous improvement of operations.

Gibrail holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Business Management from the Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Before joining Soltec, he built his career at companies in the energy and industrial sectors, where he gained extensive experience in organizational management and the development of international projects.

International Expansion

The appointment of Vinicius Gibrail is part of a new phase for Soltec, focused on consolidating its position as a technology company specializing in solar trackers and strengthening its presence in the most strategic international markets. Following this year’s appointment of Alejandro Moreno to lead North America, the addition of a new head for Latin America aligns with the goal of strengthening the company’s regional structure and continuing to promote a management model that is more customer-focused and tailored to the needs of each market.
