Marcelino is an Industrial Engineer from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI) and recently earned a Ph.D. in Management and Technology, graduating cum laude. His thesis focused on successes, failures, and lessons in large organization transformations, reflecting his analytical and strategic approach.
With a distinguished career in the energy and infrastructure sectors, Marcelino has held executive roles such as CEO of Enagás and General Manager of COMSA, and has served on multiple boards of directors. His expertise spans industrial self-consumption projects, electrolyzers, and decarbonization strategies.
Currently, he invests in, promotes, and advises companies focused on energy efficiency and sustainability, including GreenYellow, ACIDEKA, and Hygreen Energy. Recognized for fostering consensus, addressing complex issues, and proposing clear solutions, he combines independence with a constructive approach to decision-making.

Currently the CEO of Soltec, Mariano Berges has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the renewable energy sector, having contributed to more than 20 GW in solar, wind, and battery storage projects.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Alfonso X University, a Master’s in Renewable Energy, and has completed an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE.
Throughout his career, Mariano has taken on high-responsibility roles, from project management at INDRA and SOCOIN (Unión Fenosa Group, now Naturgy) to executive positions such as CTO and CCO at FRV, and more recently, CCO at Renewable Power Capital (CPPIB). His notable achievements include co-founding multiple renewable energy companies, leading the 20 MW Trujillo solar project in 2006 (then the world’s largest solar project), founding FRV-X, FRV's subsidiary for innovative business development, and implementing the first battery project with Tesla in the UK in 2020.

Iñigo is a Partner at DVC Partners. He joined in 2017 and is a board member of several of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining DVC, Iñigo worked for Peninsula Capital and Mediobanca. Iñigo holds a degree in B.A. from CUNEF and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Ignacio is Managing Partner at DVC Partners. He joined in 2014 and is a board member of several of its portfolio companies. Prior to joining DVC, Ignacio was a Director in the Transaction Services Strategy Group at PwC. Prior to this, Ignacio worked in a similar role at ALG for 3 years. He began his career as an engineer in the airport division at TYPSA, where he was also an advisor to transportation and logistics companies. Ignacio was awarded a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Alberto brings over 25 years of professional experience in key sectors such as banking, media, strategic consulting, and technology. He has held prominent leadership roles, including as Managing Director of El Confidencial, where he led a comprehensive transformation that tripled revenues, expanded audiences, and cemented the outlet’s position as a leader in its field.
Currently, Alberto serves as a partner and advisor in various companies, providing strategic guidance, identifying opportunities, and driving business development, with a focus on innovation and tangible results. His ability to anticipate trends, navigate complex changes, and execute effective strategies makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and resides in Madrid.

Luigi has over 40 years of experience in the global financial sector, having held strategic leadership positions at Citigroup, where in his last role he led the transformation as CEO of Private Banking in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Throughout his career, Luigi has led complex debt and capital restructuring processes, as well as business integration and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. His career includes key roles in areas such as investment banking, wealth management, and capital markets. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of London and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University in New York. Luigi is recognized for his strategic vision, his ability to lead diverse teams, and his focus on sustainable results. Currently, he serves as an independent director at ESAS Holding, a leading company in real estate and private equity investments, contributing his experience in corporate governance, business transition strategies, and private markets.

Marta has developed a professional career spanning more than 30 years marked by entrepreneurship and internationalization. She co-founded the telecommunications company Comunitel in 1998 and the renewable energy company Tsolar in 2007, as well as being a private investor in start-ups in technology and education.
Her experience as an independent director began in 2021, and she has had the privilege of working with funds such as I Squared, CDPQ, JP Morgan, MacQuarie, and Proa Capital.
She has been the CEO of the British company Cero Generation (Macquarie 100%) and the Spanish company T-Solar, as well as the CEO of Isolux's Transmission Lines division.
She began her career at PwC and held various positions of responsibility in the finance department of the Peugeot-Citroën automotive group.
Certified by the Spanish advisory body I-CA in “Good Corporate Governance,” she has a degree in business administration and has completed leadership and advisory training programs at IESE.
