Mariano Berges has more than 20 years of experience in different positions in the renewable energy industry, with more than 20 GW in solar, wind and battery storage projects. Previously, he has worked in companies such as Renewable Power Capital (CPPIB) and FRV.

He holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Alsfonso X University, a Master's degree in Renewable Energies and a Senior Management Program (AMP) from IESE Business School.

Fernando holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Complutense (Madrid), has studied Law at the UNED university and has completed an Executive Development Program at Harvard University. He is an auditor of the Official Registry of Auditors (ROAC).

Professional with more than 30 years of experience in professional services firms, he began his professional career in Deloitte and KPMG in Audit and Risk Consulting where he spent more than 8 years. He joined the Aon Group in 2000 where he has held various management positions in finance, internal audit, internal control and risk management. He has been a member of the Iberia Management Committee and since 2008 he is Managing Director of the Risk Consulting Division and a member of the EMEA leadership team.

He is a member of the Advisory Board of AGERS (Spanish Risk and Insurance Association) as well as lecturer and speaker at Universities, institutions and Business Schools.

She has more than 5 years of experience in positions of responsibility in financial departments. She has worked at Soltec as a collaborator in financial analysis and remains as an advisor to Zukán S.L.U. on organizational and sustainability aspects.
