Our governance model is driven by the Board of Directors, which permanently reviews and updates its governance system based on the Corporate Governance Plan. The Governance Plan, after being approved every year during the first Board meeting, is continuously monitored to improve corporate policies.
The Board also carries out an annual evaluation to establish an action plan for continuous improvement of Board meetings, its dynamics and activities.

Additionally, he has worked as a consultant and CFO for various companies within the Grupo Corporativo Sefran S.L., demonstrating a strong commitment to the firm’s enterprises.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Alfonso X University, a Master’s in Renewable Energy, and has completed an Advanced Management Program (AMP) at IESE.
Throughout his career, Mariano has taken on high-responsibility roles, from project management at INDRA and SOCOIN (Unión Fenosa Group, now Naturgy) to executive positions such as CTO and CCO at FRV, and more recently, CCO at Renewable Power Capital (CPPIB). His notable achievements include co-founding multiple renewable energy companies, leading the 20 MW Trujillo solar project in 2006 (then the world’s largest solar project), founding FRV-X, FRV's subsidiary for innovative business development, and implementing the first battery project with Tesla in the UK in 2020.
Currently, Alberto serves as a partner and advisor in various companies, providing strategic guidance, identifying opportunities, and driving business development, with a focus on innovation and tangible results. His ability to anticipate trends, navigate complex changes, and execute effective strategies makes him a valuable asset to any organization.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas and resides in Madrid.
He began his career at ACR Auditores, leading audit teams for companies in various sectors, including energy, transport, and food, and participating in complex processes such as mergers and insolvency proceedings. Later, he served as Administrative Director at La Manga Club and Inmogolf, managing accounting closures, treasury, and system migrations.
Currently, he is the CFO at Zukán, S.L. and Financial Coordinator at Grupo Sefran, where he implements economic and financial strategies. He holds a Master’s in Financial Management from ENAE (with honors) and a Master’s in Auditing from REA.
In 2008, he founded Seguidores Solares Planta 50, S.L., a company focused on photovoltaic energy production, giving him extensive knowledge of the renewable energy sector and specialization in advising companies in this field.
This extensive expertise in tax and accounting consultancy, along with his focus on photovoltaic energy companies, makes him a strong candidate for advisory roles within Soltec Power Holdings, S.A.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Málaga (1978) and an Auditor certification from the University of Murcia (1984). He is registered with the Official Registry of Auditors of Spain.
Previously, he served as President at SOL9 Iniciativas Energéticas for over nine years and was Sales Manager at Industrias Peñalver. He also held the role of Vice President at UNEF (Spanish Photovoltaic Union) for several years.
He is an Electrical and Industrial Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena. Morales has extensive experience in the photovoltaic solar industry, focusing on operational productivity improvement through innovation and talent acquisition.
With a distinguished career in the energy and infrastructure sectors, Marcelino has held executive roles such as CEO of Enagás and General Manager of COMSA, and has served on multiple boards of directors. His expertise spans industrial self-consumption projects, electrolyzers, and decarbonization strategies.
Currently, he invests in, promotes, and advises companies focused on energy efficiency and sustainability, including GreenYellow, ACIDEKA, and Hygreen Energy. Recognized for fostering consensus, addressing complex issues, and proposing clear solutions, he combines independence with a constructive approach to decision-making.
